Due to numerous "no-shows", the first reservations for everyone must be made online with a bank imprint (click on "Make an appointment") , or with payment on site, cancellation or modification is accepted free of charge up to 6 hours before the appointment time.

People with a gift voucher should contact us directly, either by phone or email, providing us with the voucher number.

In case of cancellation or delay, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the best possible arrangements. For example, we may be able to reschedule subsequent clients, provided there is sufficient time to notify them and they agree, although this cannot be guaranteed. Otherwise, the time of the delay will be deducted from the service duration, and the price difference will not be refunded.

For specific requests, such as: pregnant women, allergies to essential oils, preference for a masseuse/masseuse etc., please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time so that your treatment can begin on time. The service duration is calculated from the appointment time. We do our best, if the schedule allows, to avoid shortening the treatment in case of lateness. Clients will be notified of any delays on our part, which will not affect the duration of their treatment.

We will discuss your needs, expectations, and preferences on-site, as well as any contraindications you may have. Please don't hesitate to let us know during your treatment if anything is uncomfortable: massage pressure, room temperature, if you need to drink anything, etc.

The jacuzzi is for single use only: emptied and cleaned after each use, it can accommodate a maximum of 2 people at a time. To avoid water accidents, we ask you not to touch the buttons or taps that make the water flow. We are available if you need help.

A hose cleaning starts automatically 10-15 minutes after the end of the session, the sound of water bubbles lasts for 1 minute, this function unfortunately cannot be deactivated for hygiene reasons.

A tea or a glass of water will be offered at the end of the service; do not hesitate to ask us if you would like more, we will gladly refill them!

Our massage essential oils are based on grape seed oil, which moisturizes the skin and relaxes the muscle; it is advisable to keep some by wiping with the towel.

If you would like to take a shower, please let us know and we will prepare everything you need.

Check all your personal belongings; found forgotten items will be kept for a limited time (there are many...). We immediately call customers after finding them and leave a voicemail. If we do not hear from you within one month, they are considered abandoned.

Despite all our efforts, it may happen that our services do not meet your expectations; we are here to listen to you, you are invited to provide suggestions for improvements and any messages you wish to raise with management; the manager will contact you to find a solution.
